How To Initiate Return/Exchange?

If the product you recieved does not match the standard, you can initiate a Return/Exchange within 7 days of recieving the products including the date of delivery by just dropping us a an E-mail at askandinternational@gmail.com with your Order Details and Reason of Return alongwith you Bank A/C details in case you want refund of your product.

Please note: You will only recieve refund amount that is equal to the Value of the product ordered and not the delivery charges if any.
